Nidela · iOS App
Effective: June 23, 2026
This policy applies to the Nidela app for iOS, published by Intelliquinte L.L.C. ("we," "us," or "our"). Nidela is local-only period tracking — your health data stays on your device.
Nothing. The data you enter into Nidela is written to an encrypted store on your own device and stays there. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. We have no ability to access it.
All of your information lives locally on your device, encrypted at rest. You can protect it further with the app's optional passcode or biometric lock. You can delete all of it at any time from within the app; because it lives only on your device, deleting it removes it completely.
If you choose to create a backup, you do so under your own control. You can export an encrypted backup file and save it wherever you choose. We never receive or see this file. We do not operate any servers that store your data.
Any sharing is something you start and control. When you share — for example, exporting a summary to send to a doctor or partner — your device creates that file and your operating system sends it through whatever method you pick. We are not involved in that transfer and never receive a copy.
We use no third-party analytics, no advertising networks, and no tracking SDKs. Nidela does not profile you and does not serve ads.
If you have enabled your device's system-level "Share With App Developers" setting, Apple may send us aggregated, de-identified crash diagnostics to help us fix bugs. These reports contain technical information about the failure, not your health data. You can turn this off in your device settings at any time.
If you email us a bug report or support question, that email and anything you choose to put in it comes from you. Please do not send us your personal health information; describe the problem in your own words instead.
Because your data lives only on your device and we never receive it, we have nothing to produce in response to a subpoena, warrant, or other legal demand for your information.
Nidela does not collect personal information from users of any age — everything stays on your device. We do not operate accounts, advertising, or age gates. Parents and guardians decide whether the app is appropriate for their family.
Cycle length, predicted fertile window, and estimated next period are rough calculations based on dates you log — not reliable for contraception or trying to conceive. Nidela is not a medical device.
Nidela is a general wellness and tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or provide contraceptive guidance. Talk to a healthcare professional for medical advice.
Because your data is in your sole possession on your device, you already have full control: you can view it, edit it, export it, or delete it at any time, without needing to ask us. Residents of certain states (including Washington) have specific rights regarding consumer health data; given that we hold none of your data, you can exercise complete control directly within the app. Questions: [email protected].
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
